Shipping & Return policy

HOURS OF OPERATION: MONDAY-FRIDAY

• Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order. 
• Handmade crochet items will be shipped (Monday and Friday ). If I'm not finished you will be notified!
• Pre-made items go out NEXT DAY when order is received.
• Orders will be shipped with ups or usps, fedex
• Tracking numbers will be sent when package is in the bag!

Time: Items are Handmade and will be made in order! Also handmade items take time. I will be as quick as I can but please be patient!

Returns: 

All sales are final!! No refund or returns! So please make sure you give me the right size!

We are not responsible for lost packages if your number email is wrong! Please email me or Dm if your info is incorrect , so I can go in and change it to its correct information.
